The experience exceeded our expectations. After a lengthy flight from Goa, we were welcomed like royalty, thanks to Mr. Sasi and his team's warm hospitality. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, adding to the overall excellence of our stay.
The newly opened hotel offers excellent rooms with soothing colors and innovative touch controls. Housekeeping support is great, and the restaurant serves a diverse buffet and à la carte. Service is top-notch across the hotel, and the staff is warm and welcoming to families.
Food and services excel beyond other places in Madurai. Can't wait to visit again soon! Enjoyed a variety of multi-national foods, especially the egg counter, which is a personal favorite and child-friendly. The hygienic and diverse food options, including Madurai specialties, are impressive. Environmental factors also stand out as superb.
Had a fantastic family stay for my daughter's convocation. The property is brand new and well-maintained, offering contemporary rooms akin to those in European hotels. The restaurant serves flavourful cuisine from Madurai and beyond. The gym was excellent, and room service was prompt. The staff were attentive and hospitable throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect. Keep up the great work!
